These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WashLogic website, applications, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Services.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

• All activity occurring under your account

• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance

WashLogic is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Upload malicious code

• Interfere with system integrity

• Reverse engineer or copy the Services

• Use the Services for fraudulent or abusive purposes

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Payments & Billing

• Fees are billed as agreed at signup

• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

• WashLogic may change pricing with notice

5. Data Accuracy & Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of all data entered

• Compliance with tax, labor, payroll, and data laws

• Customer and employee communications

WashLogic does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice.

6. Integrations & Third-Party Services

WashLogic may integrate with third-party services.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data issues caused by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content are owned by WashLogic.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

• For violations of these Terms

• For non-payment

• To comply with legal requirements

Upon termination, access to data may be limited or deleted per retention policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• WashLogic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WashLogic harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Services

• Your data

• Violations of these Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which WashLogic is registered.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
